Conditions of use

This document contains the General Conditions for the provision and use of services between Horários do Funchal - Transportes Públicos, S.A. and the passengers it transports.

The General Conditions are governed by the legislation in force, namely based on the provisions of Regulation (EU) no. 181/2011 of the European Parliament and the Council, of 16 February 2011, on the rights of passenger’s transport, and Decree-Law no. 9/2015, of 15 January, which defines the conditions for the regular public passenger transport and the respective rights and duties, both in their updated versions.
