Our service

A Horários do Funchal - Transportes Públicos, S.A. (HF) is one of the bus operators of the SIGA network, providing regular public passenger transport in the urban service throughout the municipality of Funchal and interurban service between Funchal and the parish of Curral das Freiras.

Most of our fleet is equipped with accessibility conditions for passengers with reduced mobility, with space for a wheelchair, or open pram.

To meet the specific needs of our passengers, we also have specialized vehicles for the PMR service, reserved for people with reduced mobility, in most cases using a wheelchair, and not being able to access the regular public passenger transport system.

In addition, we provide dedicated transport services between Funchal and Pico do Areeiro, as well as a shuttle service at Pico do Areeiro.

Furthermore, we have a fleet of buses to hire with driver, ensuring comfortable service adapted to any transport need.
