For the proper functioning of public transport, we recommend following certain rules to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers.

Before travel

Hand luggage and portable objects for personal use

  • Passengers are allowed to carry up to 10kg.
  • They may not disturb passengers or damage our vehicles.

Transporting prams

  • The transport of prams is possible on buses identified for this purpose (with the pram symbols).
  • If a passenger in a wheelchair gets on board, the pram must be closed.

Transporting pets

  • The transport of pets is permitted, if duly enclosed or if assistance dog.

Transporting bicycles or scooters

  • It is not allowed on board.

At the stop

Fares

  • Check that you have a valid fare (ticket or pass) or prepare the right amount to buy the on board ticket.

Signal to board

  • At the stop, signal with your hand your intention to board the approaching bus.
  • The lines 05, 05A and 05B do not have fixed stops, you just have to raise your hand, however, it is necessary to respect the conditions of good visibility and safety.

When boarding

Bus entry

  • Entry is made at the front door, except for prams and people with reduced mobility, who must enter on the door with the ramp/elevator or the exit door in the case of closed prams, making sure to notify the driver for this purpose.

Validating your transport fare

  • Present your transport fare (ticket or pass) and validate it in the validator at the entrance to the bus.
  • If you don't have a valid fare, buy one on board ticket.

After boarding

  • Whenever possible, move to the back of the bus to keep the entrance area and passageway clear.
  • Be aware of steps and height differences between the floor and the seats.

During the journey

Priority passengers

  • Give your seat to priority passengers, such as the elderly, pregnant women or people with toddlers.

Safety

  • When travelling standing up, hold on tight and use the safety handles available throughout the bus.
  • Do not lean against the doors or stand on the steps.
  • Avoid changing seats while the bus is in motion.
  • For safety reasons, avoid talking to our drivers during the journey.
  • Any incident on board the bus should be reported to the driver.

Behaviour on board

  • It is forbidden to place your feet on the seats. Keep the bus clean.
  • It is forbidden to eat, drink or smoke on board.
  • To avoid disturbing other passengers, speak quietly. If you listen to music, use headphones.

Alighting

Before alighting

  • Request a stop in advance, using the board stop devices.

Alighting

  • Exit the bus when it has come to a complete stop.
  • Use the exit doors (centre or rear).
