Objectives:
The main objective of the proposed intervention is to improve the skills and qualifications of Horários do Funchal workers across several key areas to achieve better public service delivery. The proposed training plan is comprehensive, aligned with current relevant themes such as the digital and climate transition, and seeks to keep pace with the transformation of the regional transport system. Specifically, expected results include involving 280 employees in training sessions, with 80% of participating workers becoming more capable in their roles after attending the training.
