Complaints channel

Under the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption, Horários do Funchal provides this reporting channel which aims to detect conduct contrary to the law, principles or rules of ethics and good governance of the company.
 
To this end, anyone who, within the scope of their professional activity with Horários do Funchal, feels directly affected by the practice of these infractions can use this channel to submit their complaint.
 
The submission and follow-up of complaints is based on a management system designed to guarantee the completeness, integrity and preservation of the complaint, the confidentiality of the identity or anonymity of the complainants and the confidentiality of the identity of third parties mentioned in the complaint.
 
The whistleblower must act in good faith and with serious grounds for believing that the information is true at the time of the report.
